Communication and planning touchpoints begin six months prior to your event date—unless otherwise arranged. By this stage, you’ve already booked most (if not all) of your vendors. If any last-minute additions or vendors are needed, we’re happy to assist in securing those final details to complete your dream day!

• 2-3 in person planning meetings
• Assistance booking vendors if needed
• Assistance with floor plan layout
• Detailed timelines for wedding party, bride, groom, and vendors
• Email/phone/text check-ins as needed
• Venue Visit
• Rehearsal planning and coordination, 2 hours availability for rehearsal event
• Wedding day coordination and management
• Manage emergencies and conflicts as they arise
• Point of contact for all vendors from time of contract
