Communication and planning touchpoints begin six months prior to your event date—unless otherwise arranged. By this stage, you’ve already booked most (if not all) of your vendors. If any last-minute additions or vendors are needed, we’re happy to assist in securing those final details to complete your dream day!
day of coordination
Our involvement begins two months before your wedding day—unless otherwise arranged. By this time, you’ve secured all your vendors and have the key details in place. Now, you’re simply looking for someone to step in, take the reins, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. We’ll review your plans, coordinate with your vendor team, and manage the timeline so you can relax and enjoy every moment, stress-free.
online creative Planning
Communication begins upon request; can be combined with other packages. Virtual only, no in-person meetings (unless otherwise agreed upon) and no in-person attendance at events. This package is best if you have planning and wedding day coordination taken care of, and are just looking for someone to take care of vendor communication for you and to assist as a creative collaborator throughout wedding planning.
Destination Wedding Coordination
Our coordination services begin six months prior to your wedding day. By this point, you’ll have most—or all—of your vendors secured, and you’re seeking expert support to bring everything together. We step in to manage the final planning details, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth communication with your vendors. From the days leading up to your celebration through the wedding day itself, we’re there to ensure everything unfolds seamlessly so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. And if you don’t have all of your vendors finalized, no worries, we can help with that too!
