Destination Wedding Coordination

Our coordination services begin six months prior to your wedding day. By this point, you’ll have most—or all—of your vendors secured, and you’re seeking expert support to bring everything together. We step in to manage the final planning details, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth communication with your vendors. From the days leading up to your celebration through the wedding day itself, we’re there to ensure everything unfolds seamlessly so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. And if you don’t have all of your vendors finalized, no worries, we can help with that too!

• Four to five in person or virtual planning meetings
• Email/phone/text check-ins
• Timeline creation for bride, groom, vendors, and both wedding parties
• Wedding day coordination
• Attends rehearsal
• Picks up or facilitates delivery of rental items within reasonable travel distance of the venue
• Vendor communication leading up to, and on the day of the event
